  • How do you charge?

    Our packages start at $1500 for properties under 2500 sq ft. For every additional 500 sq ft, it costs $250 more. We calculate square footage of the living space, not the lot size.this includes a pre-loss,post-loss, and repair imaging 

  • what if i don't want to bundle my package?

    Tho we encourage people to bundle their package and save money we charge .24 cents per square foot for those who only want individual imaging done (pre-loss, post-loss, repairs)

  • How do I receive my package?

    You receive your package via email along with the protocol for what to do in the event of a loss. We offer a USB hardrive copy upon request.

  • How long does it take to do a pre-loss package?

    It usually takes from 1 hour to 2 depending on the size of the property and you will receive the documentation within 48 hours.

  • Do I need to be home for my package to be created?

    Yes and no. For the exterior imaging, it is not necessary for you to be present as long as the A.R.M.S employee will have access to the property. For the interior imaging, we would need access to the property and that portion of the package takes 30-60 mins.


  • Does my pre-loss package only work for hurricane damage?

    No, your pre-loss package works for any loss you may suffer (flooding, fire, vandalism, hurricanes, tornados, plumbing issues, etc)

  • What happens when I sell my home? Do I get a credit back for my package?

    No, however, you might find the documentation helpful in selling your home (e.g. architectural sketch, drone footage).

  • Do you do yearly updates to my property?

    Yes, part of our service includes returning annually at a subscription fee to create a new virtual tour and exterior imaging, creating a historical record of the property.
